Poor communication and service. I have been waiting to get a compound prescription filled for over 7 days. They sent it to a different location and then lacked communication in letting me know when I would receive the medication.
I switched from Walgreens several years ago and I wish I had sooner. I never wait on hold to speak to a pharmacist and the staff even went the extra mile to apply a discount card to my prescription I didn’t know was there. I’m even on a first-name basis with the staff. Everyone is kind and helpful every time I visit. It’s just so nice not to feel anxiety about getting my medication anymore.
Stewart was very helpful explaining and correcting my insurance delays. Young lady behind the counter also was very helpful gathering my medications and working the register explained after my first visit my next visits should be a breeze. Thank You.
I usually don’t do reviews however the young lady named Shanta was absolutely the definition of professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t experienced customer service like what she provided to me in a very long time. I will switch over to this pharmacy for sure. 10 out of 10 and very clean inside as well.
